Frequently asked questions
How does booking work?
Fill in the form with your experience, date, time and number of guests. You pay nothing now: we reply within 12–24 hours and, once availability is confirmed, you pay a 30% deposit online. The balance is paid at our place.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 16 days before your date. You can find all the details in the cancellation terms, which you can open from the form.
How many guests do we need?
The Cooking experience and the Lemon tour run with at least 2 adults, the Pizza experience with at least 4 guests. If there are fewer of you, send us a request anyway and we will try to place you in a group.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! The whole group cooks together, children included: every little guest is a potential chef of tomorrow. Ages 5 to 12 pay 50%, ages 0 to 4 are free.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes: we can adapt to vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free diets. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances in the form so we can prepare.
What if the weather is bad?
Our Cooking and Pizza experiences take place in an open-air space with a solid roof, so they go ahead even in bad weather. The Lemon tour takes place in the lemon grove, so it depends on favourable weather conditions.
How do I get to you?
We are on the Sentiero dell’Annunziata, above Minori, a short walk from the Path of the Lemons. The climb includes some steps, so comfortable shoes are recommended. You will find the map on our Location page.
