Siamo Andreina, Nicola, Vittorio e Daniele.

Siamo una famiglia metà campana metà sarda ed accogliamo gli ospiti direttamente a casa nostra! Viviamo con quotidianità gli spazi che allestiamo per le nostre esperienze!

La lunga tradizione contadina e la forte attitudine in cucina hanno creato un prodotto molto amato da chi ci viene a trovare, andando via sempre con la pancia piena e un sorriso sul viso.

Il nostro obiettivo finale non è solo insegnare i piatti della nostra tradizione culinaria, ma anche lasciare un bellissimo ricordo a chi sceglie di imparare e divertirsi con noi sporcandosi le mani nell’impasto.

Ciò che vi offriamo è l’autenticità del nostro servizio e la bontà dei nostri prodotti agricoli.

 Verificata Fantastisk upplevelse - ett måste i Minori!! Kvällen blev höjdpunkten på vår resa till Minori. Det fantastiskt trevliga värdparets otroliga gästfrihet och kunskap var enorm. En väldigt autentisk och genuin matlagningskurs med fantastiska och lokala råvaror. Att vid citronträden få lära sig att bland annat göra pasta och tiramisu var en obeskrivlig upplevelse.  Verificata A perfect pizza-making experience! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Being invited into the Sotto i Limoni kitchen and home was extraordinary. We were met with kindness, care, and super pizza-making instruction--and a TRULY delicious meal. We prepped pizza dough together, and the (super fresh) ingredients. We learned about the process. We baked the pizza together. And then, we dined all together, and shared experiences and stories. I cannot recommend this experience enough. From the views to the meal, and every moment in between, it was a highlight of the trip with my teen daughter.

 Verificata Yes, add on the lemon tour! The lemon tour was very interesting and helped us connect with the area. It definitely added to the cooking experience afterwards. Highly recommend the lemon tour as an add-on to the cooking class. Well worth it.

 Verificata Wedding Anniversary treat Wow wow wow, what can I say what a lovely experience with a wonderful family. Cannot recommend the cooking experience enough. If you’re visiting Minori this is a must! Superb location just off the Lemon trail with awesome views.

 Verificata Highly recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this cooking class! The instruction was clear, engaging, and so easy to follow, and every dish we made turned out delicious. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We also had the chance to take the lemon grove tour! We learned so much about the local traditions and the process behind the incredible flavors we tasted. Overall, it was a memorable and heartfelt experience—highly recommended!

 Verificata A Great Experience We had a lovely time learning to make ‘ndunderi with a lemon sauce, egglant parmigiana,and tiramisu. They were delicious and we enjoyed the meal afterwards with Niccola and Andreina,accompanied by wine and followed by limoncella tastings. It was also nice to meet and converse with their son Daniel. We were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of our hosts and their willingness to answer our many questions. We recommend taking the local bus up the mountain and then walking back down to Minori afterwards to add to the enjoyable experience.
